Zurich Switzerland - February 4, 2011
ALTER ENERGY GROUP AG ('AEG') (Frankfurt Stock Exchange Ticker Symbol: 39f;
WKN: A0MW07; ISIN: CH0032424969) announces that on January 21, 2011 it
signed a bi-lateral working agreement with IMEPOWER, a leading alternative
and renewable energy consulting group in Ukraine.
Under terms of the Agreement IMEPOWER will provide technical, engineering,
commercial and regulatory compliance services for AEG projects in Ukraine.
IMEPOWER will work closely with AEG in expanding its renewable energy
portfolio by introducing AEG to project owners and developers that fit
within the AEG model and helping AEG to assess respective investment
opportunities.
Edward J. Klaeger IV, CEO of AEG stated, 'The bi-lateral working agreement
with IMEPOWER provides AEG a strong strategic partner capable of
effectively executing multiple tasks according to Western standards while
also helping manage the domestic business environment necessary for the
success of our Ukraine renewable energy strategy. The relationship with

streams by bringing developed renewable energy projects and project owners
