The management of the Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft mbH (ORCO-GSG)
announces that Sebastian Blecke (35) has been appointed new Chief Operating
Officer starting on 1st March 2011.

opportunities for a leader with Sebastian's experience and proven track
record in the leadership of asset management operations in Germany. I look

Sebastian Blecke: 'As a native of Berlin, I am looking especially forward
to the responsible assignment of working with new ideas and strategies for
the market leader of office and commercial space in Berlin.'
After studying industrial engineering Mr. Blecke began his career as Asset
Manager at today's Valad Property Group. He then became Managing Director
and COO Germany of GPT Halverton GmbH, an Investment and Asset Management
Company, to found the Berlin Branch. In 2008, Mr. Blecke joined Sirius
Facilities GmbH, a real estate company focussing on the development and
management of business parks. Mr. Blecke, as Head of Asset Management
(Prokurist, having signing power) was responsible for the strategic and
operative asset management of the entire funds portfolio comprising 38
business parks in Germany.
Sebastian Blecke will report to ORCO Germany's top-management.
