Dividend proposal of EUR 1,05 per share
March 25, 2011 - Franconofurt AG (ISIN: DE0006372626) based on German GAAP
reports for the year 2010 a net profit of EUR 8.6 million.
The equity for the group based on German GAAP amounted to EUR 65.8 Mio. as
of 31.12.2011.
Franconofurt AG will propose the AGM to be held May 12, 2011 a dividend of
EUR 1.05 per share.
Outlook: Franconofurt AG after selling its subsidiaries FranconoWest AG and
FranconoAdvisory AG in the year 2010 is fully concentrating its business on
the attractive Frankfurt residential market.
Besides the business of selling individual apartments in multi-tenant
houses to owner-occupiers Franconofurt AG will additionally cover the
demand for apartments in Frankfurt through its subsidiary Opera One AG.
Opera One AG is acting as a developer of new or renovated living space in
the City of Frankfurt. It is planned to stock exchange list Opera One AG.
