UMS AG: Withdrawal of 541,351 treasury shares
Hamburg, April 11, 2011 - The Executive Board decided today, with approval
of the Supervisory Board, based on the authorizations of the Annual
Shareholders' Meeting from June 5, 2009 and June 3, 2010 to withdraw
541,351 shares by means of the simplified method without capital decrease
in accordance with Sec. 71 para. 1 subsec. 8 sentence 6, Sec. 237 para. 3
subsec. 3 of the German Stock Corporation Act, as amended (Aktiengesetz -
AktG).
The unchanged nominal capital of EUR 6,016,261 is therefore divided into
4,873,284 shares. The Supervisory Board resolved upon a corresponding
amendment of the articles of association.
