Stethuscope International Inc., listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN
- A1H65J, Ticker Symbol - UST) announces a revolutionary healthcare
innovation. This innovative invention combines both the stethoscope and
ultrasound into one easy to use, portable machine for use in all types of
medical situation to provide better patient care.
For over one hundred years doctors and nurses have used the stethoscope to
help with patient investigations. It provides a way for the user to listen
to sounds inside the body and interpret their meanings to aid in diagnosis.
Whilst it is an invaluable medical tool, the stethoscope does not give
exact information and can be open to misinterpretation for a number of
reasons.
On the other hand, ultrasound is a modern technique which does provide
exact information. The Stethuscope combines the power of both these tools
into one simple to use and truly portable instrument.
With the backing of doctors in Toronto; well respected men at the top of

The brains behind the Stethuscope are Jamie Spiegelman, MD, FRCPC and
Doctor Fabio Varlese MD, FRCPC.
Doctor Spiegelman holds honors BSc in Human Biology and received his
medical degree from the University of Toronto. He is also the cofounder of
Plexagen Diagnostics and Spartan Bioscience. His post graduate medical
training was in Internal Medicine and Critical Care and he is currently a
valued and highly respected member of the medical team at Humber River
Regional Hospital.
Doctor Varlese received his degree in Medicine and Surgery at the
University of Rome. He is a specialist in Internal Medicine and a diplomat
with the American Board of Internal Medicine. He later sub-specialized in
Geriatric Medicine at the University of Toronto where he is currently
Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine. Amongst other things, he
is also a certified Master Teacher and plays a large part in the mentoring
of doctors in training.
Together, the team aims to provide this 'next generation' piece of
equipment to all health care providers at an affordable price. Stethuscope
Inc. plans to lead the market in this exciting new venture by providing
