Bluebox Security Executives Make Strategic Change to Increase Operational Excellence

Kostka originally joined Bluebox Security in January 2014 to lead marketing efforts as the company scaled to meet increasing market demands ahead of its February 2014 launch. As the new COO, Kostka will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations, employee growth and helping drive customer and partner interactions.

Prior to Bluebox, Kostka was Chief Marketing Officer at VirtuOz, where she oversaw product management, product marketing, field marketing, and partner development activities. Prior to VirtuOz, Kostka was SVP, Marketing and Sales for Sabrix and CEO and Co-founder of Visiline, Inc. She has also held executive and senior marketing roles at enterprise and mid-market software companies, such as Arena Solutions, Connect and Extensity.
