Berlin, 5.5.2011 - The Apple Tree Investment GmbH, a subsidiary of ORCO
Germany S.A., announces the sale of the commercial asset Invalidenstraße
112/Chausseestraße, located in Berlin-Mitte and comprising 2,200 sqm, to
the ANH Hausbesitz GmbH&Co. KG. The sales price amounts to 5,6 Mio. EUR,
thus exceeding the valuation from December 2010 by more than 8%.
