Berlin, 16 May 2011 - Hanke Tissue Sp z o.o. - a subsidiary of investment
company MBB Industries AG - has been honoured in polish Forbes magazine's
competition 'Diamenty' with the first prize in competition as the polish
company with the fastest increase in company value in its revenue class and
has therefore received a 'diamond'. Futhermore Hanke additionally received
the prize 'e-Diamenty' for its website.
Hanke Tissue produces with its own tissue paper machine at the company site
in Küstrin, Poland, raw tissue and napkins, handkerchiefs, toilet paper and
kitchen rolls. With the brand 'aha' Hanke is the market leader in the
polish market for napkins and tissue paper, in general in the Eastern
European consumer goods market Hanke has a strong competitive position. The
company is part of the MBB group since 2006 and achieved in 2010 with its
almost 250 employees sales of around EUR 22 million. In recent years,
significant investment in expanding production and storage capacity have
been made.
