China Zongbao signs an exclusive distribution agreement in Huzhou for
sales of TBS series fertilizers with initial sales projection of
525,000 Euros

China Zongbao Clean Tech Limited (ZEC, the Frankfurt Open Market Listed
Company) (the 'Company') has patented technology in China recycling solid
waste to produce high yield organic fertilizers within a record time.
The Company is pleased to announce it has just signed an exclusive
distribution agreement with Huzhou Lusheng Organic Fertilizer Limited
Company, a subsidiary of Huzhou Blue-Sky Environmental Protection
Engineering Limited Company for the distribution and sales of TBS series
fertilizers.
Huzhou Lusheng Organic Fertilizer Limited Company's principal business is
distribution and sales of compound fertilizers, organic fertilizers and
leaf fertilizers. Their annual sales exceeds 4,000 tons of fertilizers
spanning Huzhou City and the counties and districts surrounding it. Huzhou
Lusheng has also been a pioneer in the local seeds industry.
Huzhou Lusheng leads in the region of Huzhou with popularizing
environmentally friendly agricultural techniques. TBS series fertilizers
have been used on rice, vegetables and white tea and will be used widely
now that the exclusive distribution agreement between the two companies are
in place. The companies aim to meet the initial annual requirement for
2011 of sales of over 1,500 tons of TBS series fertilizers ('2011 initial
sales'). The Company has started production and sale to meet the 2010
initial sales demand from Huzhou Lusheng in May 2011 and the projected
sales is in excess of 525,000 Euros.
