The Southport Green Market is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday from June 21 through Oct. 25 at the Blaine School, 1420 W. Grace St. According to the Southport Neighbors Association, the market's mission is to "provide an opportunity for consumers to buy directly from the people who grow and produce their food, and serves as an integral link between urban and rural communities."
