smart phone. With the app 'Noerr Dawn Raid Guide' there is an immediate
emergency tool for the iPhone available informing staff rapidly and without
complications on the correct behaviour during a 'dawn raid' by the European
or German competition authorities and help to avoid mistakes by improper
behaviour.
Slim emergency tool
The 'Noerr Dawn Raid Guide' is a slim and simple to operate application for
the usually unexpected visit of the competition authorities. The guidelines
contained in the app provide brief and concise information on basic rights
and duties and correct conduct during the search. 'In such a situation,
even employees trained for a search can become nervous and might act
inappropriately' says Peter Stauber, together with Dr. Michael Bergmann the
responsible attorneys at Noerr for the conceptual design and the contents
