Delignit AG wins well-known German trailer-producer as customer and exceeds
its own expectations with a mid-term turnover of EUR14m
Berlin, July 13, 2011 - Delignit AG (ISIN DE000A0MZ4B0) - a subsidiary of
the holding company MBB Industries AG (ISIN DE000A0ETBQ4) - has closed a
supplier-agreement with one of Germany's leading producers of trailers for
heavy commercial vehicles. The Delignit-products supplied will feed into
the producer's OEM productline and will add significantly to Delignit AG's
turnover already in 2011. Apart from the superior technological
characteristics of the CO2-neutral material, Delignit AG's certifications
and experience from comparable system-partnerships for producers of light
commercial vehicles proofed to be essential during the acquisition of the
contract.
Markus Büscher, CEO of Delignit AG, explains: 'We have continued to
optimize our products for the use in heavy commercial vehicles during the
past years. This recent order confirms our technological positioning. We
appreciate this OEM-contract to further secure our intended growth path.'
Similar to the market for light commercial vehicles, the market for heavy
commercial vehicles and trailers is currently showing significant growth
rates.
Due to this pleasing business-development, Delignit AG can report a
half-year turnover of roughly EUR14m based on preliminary figures and thus
exceeds its own expectations.
