Video Creation Marketplace StudioNow Joins Forces With Bluwave Productions
Adds Leading U.S. Cable TV Ad Sales Organization to Roster of Fortune 500 Clients

Effective immediately, Bluwave Productions will become a wholly owned subsidiary of StudioNow.
Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Bluwave Productions provides video ad production services to clients that include one of the nation's largest cable TV ad sales organizations. Bluwave operates in 22 markets in the Southeast.
As part of the new combination, Jim Dalton, Bluwave's founder, will join StudioNow as an advisor and key shareholder. Charlie Bolton will continue as Vice President and General Manager of Bluwave.
