Brandenburg an der Havel, July 18, 2011 - AUTEV AG, an international
operating engineering and service company in the business areas of LED
lighting technology, industry and environmental technology, has been
generated a gross issuing proceed of approximately EUR 1.3 m. by its
conducted capital increase,
Within the subscription period, 89,232 new shares EUR 15.00 each were
subscribed. With the registration of the new shares in the commercial
register, the authorized capital of AUTEV AG will increase from EUR
769,536.00 at the present to EUR 858,768.00.
The conducted capital increase strengthens the equity base and provides the
company with the necessary financial latitude for further implementation of
the striven growth plans. Especially, the full capacity utilization in the
business area LED industry lamps limits the increase of sales potential in
this strong growing and appealing market. Accordingly, the received
financial resources will be used for the expansion of the current
production capacity in the area of LED industry lamps. Hereto founded
project company 'AuLED GmbH', a fully-owned subsidiary of AUTEV AG, will be
led by Tim David as Managing Director, who will bring in his expertise and
know-how, as board member of AUTEV AG, into his new position. As a result,
former personnel plannings have become irrelevant.
'With the expansion of our manufacturing capacities we react to the
undiminished strong demand for LED industry lamps. For this, the received
financial resources allow us to undertake necessary investments. It is our
goal to expand sustainably our strong market position and to realize the
identified sales and earnings potentials of AUTEV AG', says Tim David,
board member of AUTEV AG.
