From Chemnitz to China – cape IT wins the first cooperation and sales partner beyond Europe
The c.a.p.e. IT GmbH from Chemnitz won a new partner Xi'an Dian Tong Software Co. Ltd. from China. The company will deploy the product KIX4OTRS and the additional OTRS modules of cape IT on the Chinese market. Complementary, the company will provide services as consulting, trainings, development and support. The company will also translate KIX4OTRS into Chinese starting with the software version 6.0. Translations for further OTRS modules will follow. Both companies talk intensively about further development of common products for optimization of service processing.
(firmenpresse) - Chemnitz, 17.11.2014 – Xi'an Dian Tong Software was founded in Xi'an, the first capital city of China. The company is focused on services related to Open-Source-Software OTRS (Open Ticket Request System). The company will deploy the product KIX4OTRS and the additional OTRS modules of cape IT on the Chinese market. Complementary, the company will provide services as consulting, trainings, development and support. The company will also translate KIX4OTRS into Chinese starting with the software version 6.0. Translations for further OTRS modules will follow. Both companies talk intensively about further development of common products for optimization of service processing.
Founder and CEO of Xi'an Dian Tong Software, Feng Bo, is an ITIL expert. He studied at the University of Duisburg-Essen. He worked for Siemens and maxence. Bo is convinced that products of the cape IT will succeed on the Chinese market: „KIX4OTRS is not only field-tested, but also grow up with customers' requirements. Its open source character makes it easier to integrate it into the existing IT environments as well as to customize or to extend it in accordance to the situation or customer needs. Moreover, KIX4OTRS is outstandingly programmed and it fits into the label “Made in Germany“. This label is highly reputable in China.” Due to his activities in Germany, Bo will keep the same quality approach in products and services of his company.
