SIU Investigating Vehicle Death in Wellington County
(firmenpresse) - MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/18/11 -- Ontario's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is probing the circumstances surrounding the death of a 30-year-old Milton man in Wellington County in a collision on Sunday July 17.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) contacted the SIU yesterday afternoon and reported the following:
The SIU has assigned three investigators, two forensic investigators and a collision reconstructionist to investigate the circumstances surrounding this occurrence.

The SIU is an arm's length agency that investigates reports involving police where there has been death, serious injury or allegations of sexual assault. Under the Police Services Act, the Director of the SIU must
