(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 02/09/15 -- The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Calian Technologies Ltd. (TSX: CTY) was held in Ottawa, Ontario on February 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brookstreet Hotel.
All 6 directors proposed for election at the Annual General Meeting were elected on a vote by show of hands. The proxies received by management for the election of directors were as follows:
