(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA and WINTER PARK, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 07/23/11 -- The Bar Method™ headquarters announces the opening of The Bar Method Winter Park near Orlando, Florida. Winter Park city officials will be on hand for the grand opening celebration Monday, July 25th. The Bar Method is a powerful exercise format merging the principles of interval training, isometrics, dance conditioning, and physical therapy creating a long, lean sculpted body, improved posture and strong core.
The Bar Method Winter Park is located in the Winter Park Village on North Orlando Avenue. The new studio is a short drive to downtown Orlando and area attractions including Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. Designed by a local interior designer in adherence with the company's brand and interior design requirements, the space resembles an urban chic spa with dark wood floors, white lacquer lockers and cabinets, modern chrome light fixtures, and a fun banquette in the lobby.
The new studio will provide area exercise enthusiasts with the opportunity to partake in the renowned fitness program that has attracted celebrity clients including Olivia Wilde, Eliza Dushku, Drew Barrymore, and Anna Paquin. And now Moreno is excited to introduce Winter Park area residents to the fitness program that has captivated her. A former dancer and cheerleader at University of Central Florida, she has spent the past nine months developing her plan to open the studio travelling to San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and various other studios around the country to perfect her craft. She recently completed her instructor certification training with Bar Method founder Burr Leonard.
