Pacific Child & Family Associates Welcomes Jeffrey P. Winter as New Chief Executive Officer
Healthcare Industry Veteran Brings 37 Years of Experience and Will Also Serve as President and Executive Director of the Company

Winter F.A.C.H.E has been appointed to Chief Executive Officer. Winter will also serve as President and Executive Director of the company. The newly appointed CEO brings with him 37 years of senior leadership experience in the healthcare industry and has a strong history of leading healthcare organizations to profitability. Winter is based in PCFA's Glendale headquarters.
Prior to joining PCFA, Winter most recently served as President of Kindred Healthcare's hospital division where he oversaw 125 long-term acute care hospitals in 27 states. He has a demonstrated track record of progressive and values-based leadership in healthcare organizations in settings urban, suburban and rural. His collaborative, energetic leadership style will help further PCFA's mission of providing clinical excellence and sustainable improvement for children on all levels of the autism spectrum.
