(CNSX: WAW) ("Augustine" or the "Company") would like to congratulate Messieurs Wayne Isaacs, Rick Bonner, Stewart Wright and G. Michael Newman on their re-election as directors at the recent Annual and Special Shareholders' Meeting held on July 21, 2011 (the "Meeting").
In addition to the confirmation of the Board of Directors, the Company is also pleased to announce that Messieurs Wayne Isaacs (CEO) and John V. Tokarsky (CFO & Secretary) have been re-appointed in their respective positions.
