Corio successfully places ? 250 m bond issue

Corio N.V. (hereafter: Corio) has successfully priced a bond issue of ? 250 m
with a maturity of 10 years.
The proceeds of this transaction will be used for general corporate purposes and
allow Corio to extend its debt maturity profile. The ? 250 m bond issue, which
offers a 5.448 per cent coupon and matures on 10 August 2020, is subject to
documentation. The bonds will be placed with a single foreign institutional
investor.
The bonds are issued by Corio and will be listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
Corio has been assigned a BBB+ rating by Standard & Poors and a Baa1 by Moody's,
both with a stable outlook. J.P. Morgan acted as lead manager for this issue.
