KINGHERO AG opens five new flagship stores

Munich, July 29, 2011. KINGHERO AG, the German holding company of a
fast-growing Chinese fashion company, opened five new flagship stores last
month, in such locations as Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing.
KINGHERO AG has therefore succeeded in extending its chain of flagship
stores even more. The stores already in operation are receiving a good
response from customers and are generating the expected sales. The flagship
store in Shanghai generated sales of about EUR 42k (RMB 396,077.76) in
June. Sales at the flagship store in Xiamen amounted to about EUR 98k (RMB
923,470.05) in the same month. KINGHERO is planning to continue the very
fast expansion of its chain of flagship stores. The aim is to increase the
number of proprietary stores to 65 by the end of the year. The company
expects this strategy to lead not only to high-margin sales growth but also
to an improvement in brand management.
Zhang Yu, CEO and founder of KINGHERO, reports that he is very satisfied
with the development and rapid expansion of the flagship stores: 'Our new
premium women's collection 'Auvadis' is being launched on the market in the
coming autumn too. We are expecting it to generate additional sales in the
target group of women between 28 and 45 years old. In preparation for this,
we met with business partners and investors in Xiamen this week to
celebrate the introduction of the new collection with them', Zhang Yu
explains.
Initially, the high-priced women's collection 'Auvadis' is to be sold only
at the company's own flagship stores as well as at a selection of exclusive
stores operated by the KINGHERO distributors.
