Worldwide Updates Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 06/12/15 -- Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: WNTR) ("Worldwide") a company focused on making investments to diversify its business operations and holdings, released the following update for shareholders.
The company has announced that it intends to amend the tender offer to a fixed price of $0.01 per share to co-ordinate with Depository Trust Company ("DTC") and provide for the electronic submission of offers. This would provide for shareholders to realize the company's current asset value of $0.01 per share for the period ending March 31, 2015. The company has extended the offer to July 15, 2015 to provide for the filing of amended tender documents.
I-Texts, Inc. () has signed a letter of intent for $3 million in financing with a proposed funding in 90 days, which would include a public listing. I-Texts is a technology partner in the recently launched Blackbaud Market Place (). I-Texts also intends to participate in the Rakuten Marketing Symposium in New York () on June 29 and June 30, 2015. The dividend to Worldwide shareholders of the I-Texts shares needs to be approved by FINRA and DTC in order to be credited in electronic form to brokerage accounts. It is currently being processed and the company will announce when the distribution will be made to Worldwide shareholders.
GCHI Green Company Holdings, Inc. ("GCHI") () is currently working on engaging investment bankers to assist with a capital raise and its proposed listing. Its portfolio company Pamlico Energy Park has been advised by Dominion Power () that it is currently projected to be approved to connect with the grid in the third quarter. When the energy park is complete the company has previously announced that it intends to dividend proceeds from the Pamlico Energy Park investment. GCHI is a Canadian company and the Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that users of marijuana for medical purposes have the right to bake the drug into cookies, take it in lozenge form or as topical oils, in addition to smoking it. GCHI is currently evaluating companies that comply with this ruling.
