(the "Company") announces that Mr. Michael Minder has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer and director of the company effective July 15, 2015. The company would like to thank Michael for his assistance while serving as the Chief Financial Officer and director and wish him well in her other endeavors.
The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jagger Meng Ting Yuan to the company's board of directors and CFO filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Michael Minder.
