Company Expands Services for Global Fortune 200 Client; Looks to Fill Customer Care Jobs

Prior to the new contract with the financial services company, Alorica had 35 employees at the West Des Moines location. In the customer care associate role, employees will be responsible for reviewing customer credit card accounts which may have suspicious activity, utilizing a variety of reporting methods.
