When the new subscription Mobilt Bredbånd Av&Til is launchedthe service will become attractive to even more customers.Two new subscriptionsMobilt Bredbånd Av&Til suits anyone who just wants to read theire-mail, surf the Internet and do online banking when they are not athome. For NOK 99 per month you can download 500 MB, which amounts toaround 500 to 1000 VG newspaper pages, or around 200 MP3 songs. Thesubscription can be used at an anytime day or night, weekdays andweekends."Based on current usage we see that Mobilt Bredbånd Av&Til will be asmart choice for 60 per cent of our existing customers. The newsubscription is perfect for families that have broadband at home butat times want to use their computers outside the home," says SveinHenning Kirkeng, private markets manager at Telenor.Customers that buy Av&Til in August and September will get free usagefor the first two months.With the new subscription, Mobilt Bredbånd Dag&Natt, which is for use24 hours a day, the price has been reduced by 40 per cent incomparison to the earlier FriBruk subscription and will cost NOK 299per month. This subscription is especially targeted at those thatwant full control over the bill and at the same time need theInternet when they are out and about.Leisure timeTelenor is adjusting the price of its other Mobilt Bredbåndsubscriptions today. Mobilt Bredbånd Kveld&Helg, a subscription meantfor those that surf a lot in their leisure time, now costs NOK 149per month for new customers. If you want to surf during working hours(07.00 - 17.00 on weekdays), you will never pay more than anadditional NOK 50 per day.MobilSurfSurfing on mobile phones increased after Telenor introduced themaximum charge of NOK 10 per day. Those active mobile users are nowin line for an even better offer. Telenor is introducing MobilSurffor NOK 99 per month. With an upper limit of 500 MB in downloads onMobilSurf you can surf as much as you want via your telephone as longas you are in Norway.Providing expert adviceTelenor is also running a campaign on Telenoreksperten this summer,this is a telephone service with more advanced help than what iscovered by Telenor's regular customer service. In August andSeptember new Mobilt Bredbånd customers will get their first call toTelenoreksperten free of charge. The service costs NOK 26 per minuteand a maximum of NOK 598 otherwise."We've seen that good customer service is important, especially forour not so technically advanced customers.
