LAMBDA TD Software Reaches Already $750,000 Revenue Mark In First Half 2011
Audited Financials Exceed Deutsche Boerse's Disclosure Requirements
LAS VEGAS (NV): LAMBDA TD Software Inc. (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN:
US51327T1051, WKN: A0YJT2) today announced financial results for the second
quarter, ended June 30, 2011. LAMBDA reported revenue of $307,596 for the
second quarter which brings the total revenue for the first six months of
2011 to $752,332. Gross profit for the second quarter is $242,696, totaling
$658,590 for the first half of 2011.
Robert M. Corcoran, CEO of LAMBDA TD Software, comments, 'I am excited to
report that the first half of 2011 generated a total net income of
$433,814, with $141,688 in this quarter alone. Given the fact that no
Laguna del Mar revenues have been factored into the Q2 results yet (the
project is fully funded and just awaiting new building permit approvals
from Mexico City), our financial results show that we were able to further
diversify our project base. Sales of the Mira Villa project alone has the
potential to exceed $1.25MM by the end of year. Over the course of the 2nd
quarter we were able to strengthen our foundation in terms of new projects,
extended strategic partnerships, advanced business infrastructure and a
further enhanced board of directors to position ourselves for strong growth
in the second half of 2011. I am very proud of what we have accomplished
and eager now to capitalize in the second half of 2011 on the lucrative
business opportunities ahead of us.'
LAMBDA TD Software was able to extend its pipeline of deals. The Mira Villa
project is moving forward aggressively. LAMBDA is positioning itself to
have 100% sales into the 113 existing units and the 115 units that are
starting construction this year. Mira Villa revenues are expected to start
in August. The Laguna Del Mar project is fully funded with $150MM but the
project developer has been asked to resolve a few building code issues in
Mexico City first, before moving forward aggressively in late summer. Based
on the project developer's updated roll out schedule, strong revenues for
LAMBDA are expected to start by mid September. Furthermore, LAMBDA TD
Software project negotiations with the major developers in California such
as MBK Homes, Lennar Homes and Kelley Technologies proceed as planned.

LAMBDA TD Software is emphasizing its commitment of providing maximal
transparency to investors by having its company financials audited. Even
though not required for a First Quotation Board company, LAMBDA is aligning
