Helsinki Branch,Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyj and Kaleva Kustannus Oy.According to its notice, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ)Helsinki Branch has on 10 August 2009 divested in total 11,958,000Alma Media shares to Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyj and Kaleva Kustannus Oy, as theconditions of the agreement made by the companies on 1 July 2009fulfilled. The conditions of the agreement have been described in theStock Exchange Release issued by Alma Media on 2 July 2009. Due tothe transaction, the shareholding of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB(publ) Helsinki Branch in all shares and votes in Alma Media hasfallen below the flagging limit of 1/20 to zero.Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyj (business ID 0182140-9) has, according to itsnotice, on 10 August 2009 acquired 7,500,000 Alma Media shares. As aconsequence of the transaction, the shareholding of Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyjin all shares and votes in Alma Media exceeds the flagging limit of1/5 as is currently 20.40% (in total 15,218,991 shares and votes).Kaleva Kustannus Oy (business ID 0187274-0) has, according to itsnotice, on 10 August 2009 acquired 4,458,000 Alma Media shares. As aconsequence of the transaction, the shareholding of Kaleva KustannusOy in Alma Media exceeds the flagging limit of 1/20 and is currently5.97% (4,458,000 shares and votes).The share capital of Alma Media Corporation (business ID 1944757-4)is EUR 44,767,513.80 and it is divided into 74,612,523 shares.
