Austrian Financial Market Authority terminates inquiry
against Dr. Eduard Zehetner, CEO of IMMOFINANZ Group
The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has terminated the
administrative penalty inquiry against Dr. Eduard Zehetner, CEO of
IMMOFINANZ Group. Zehetner was initially accused of insider trading; this
was later changed to delayed ad hoc announcement of the 2010/11 share
buyback program 2010/11. The termination was based on§45 (1) 2 of the
Administrative Penalty Law, which calls for the closing of an inquiry if
the proceedings show that the alleged offense was not committed or is not
indictable.
