Changes in Oriola-KD's Group Management Team

Oriola-KD moves into a new phase in its Consumer Business. Stig Tornell B.Sc
(Econ.) (b. 1967) has been appointed Vice President of Oriola-KD's Consumer
Business area and member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team as of 12 April
2016. He will also act as Managing Director of Kronans Apotek.

Based on an agreement with the company Lars Birkeland, Vice President of Oriola-
KD's Consumer Business, member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team and Managing
Director of Kronans Apotek, leaves Oriola-KD on 12 April 2016.

Stig Tornell has a long experience in the retail business in different positions
within marketing, purchase and sales in Reitan Servicehandel Sweden AB, Shell
and ICA Group. Since 2009 Stig has worked in the pharmacy market first at
Medstop and previously as Assortment & Marketing Director at Kronans Apotek.
