Oriola-KD and Meda have agreed on long-term cooperation in Sweden

Oriola-KD Corporation's subsidiary Oriola and Meda, in Sweden, have signed a new
long-term cooperation agreement on 29 April 2016. According to the cooperation
agreement, Oriola-KD offers Meda pharmaceutical storage and distribution
services in Sweden.

Meda, in Sweden, has its head office in Solna with over 80 employees. The
product portfolio includes Rx and OTC pharmaceuticals as well as food
supplements, medical devices and cosmetic products. The sales of Meda at
wholesale prices were SEK 1121 million and market share in value was 3.2 percent
in Sweden in 2015 (source: IMS Health).
