Veidekke ASA: To build homes for Neptune Properties in Oslo

Veidekke Entreprenør AS has been awarded the contract by Neptune Properties AS
to build the residential project Holtet Horisont I at Holtet in Oslo. The
project comprises 39 apartments with a common underground garage. This is a
turnkey contract, and is valued at approx. NOK 110 million excluding VAT.
The 39 apartments will be in four modern four-storey apartment buildings and
comprise spacious and practical two and three bedroom apartments and unique top-
floor apartments. The apartments vary in size from efficient two bedroom
apartments at 60 m(2) to the largest top-floor apartment at 168 m(2), with a
lift from the garage level directly to the flat and a partially covered roof
terrace 66 m(2 )in size. The buildings will be built in concrete and steel with
façades of natural elements, wood and glass/windows.
There has been particular emphasis on using high quality contemporary materials
and art both inside and outside.

The property in Kongsveien 82 was rezoned for residential purposes by Oslo City
Council on 11 May 2016. Interest in the project has been high, and sales have
started. Construction is expected to start in the course of third quarter 2016.
