Vaisala's transfer of company's treasury shares
The Board of Directors of Vaisala Corporation has decided to transfer a total of
1,500 Company's series A treasury shares to a person participating in the share
based incentive plan. The transfer was done in June 2016 according to the terms
and conditions of the Performance Share Plan.
