Mr. Vladimir Knyazev, General Director of Oriola-KD's Pharmaceutical Wholesale
business in Russia (OOO Moron) and member of Oriola-KD's Group Management leaves
Oriola-KD on 2 November 2010.

Mr. Henry Fogels, General Director of Oriola-KD's Pharmaceutical Retail business
in Russia (OOO Vitim) has been nominated, in addition to his current duties, to
the position of acting General Director of Oriola-KD's Pharmaceutical Wholesale
business in Russia as of 2 November 2010. Mr. Fogels will continue as member of
Oriola-KD's Group Management Team being responsible for Oriola-KD's businesses
in Russia.
