USG People completes delisting and converts into a Dutch private limited liability company

USG People B.V., formerly USG People N.V. ("USG People"), today announces that,
as anticipated in its joint press release with Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (Tokyo
Stock Exchange: 6098) ("Recruit") dated 27 June 2016 relating to the successful
completion of the recommended public offer (the "Offer") by Recruit for all the
issued and outstanding shares in the capital of USG People (the "Shares"), the
listing and trading of the Shares on Euronext Amsterdam has today terminated.
As a result and further to the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders
of USG People on 12 May 2016, USG People's articles of association have been
amended today, to effect its conversion from a Dutch public company (naamloze
vennootschap) to a Dutch private limited liability company (besloten
vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid).
