Letting for Klövern in central Västerås

Klövern is letting 500 sq.m. to Bostads AB Mimer in central Västerås. The annual
rent amounts to almost SEK 900,000.
The municipal housing company Bostads AB Mimer has entered into a seven-year
lease, with the option of a further three years, for over 500 sq.m. at the
property Klas 8 in central Västerås. The premises, at the Sigma Square, consist
of two floors of retail and exhibition space and will be a modern customer
centre. The tenant is expected to move into the premises, which are currently
vacant, in April 2011. The annual rent amounts to around SEK 870,000.
"We are, of course, very pleased that Bostads AB Mimer has decided to rent
premises at one of our city properties and that we can contribute to the
development of the Sigma Square", says Klövern's CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
"With such a good location and with new generous opening hours, we want to make
it easier for our customers to visit us, says Fredrik Törnqvist, Managing
Director, Bostads AB Mimer. We will also have better opportunity to market
ourselves and our apartments".
