Huhtamaki issues SEK 450 million bond

HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22.11.2010 AT 8:30
Huhtamäki Oyj has resolved to issue a SEK 450 million floating rate unsecured
bond to institutional investors. The funds will be used for refinancing and
general corporate purposes of the Group. The loan period is five (5) years. The
bond will be applied to be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
