Citycon's Financial Reporting Schedule and AGM 2011

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Announcement 21 December 2010 at 8:30 hrs
Citycon Oyj will release its full-year financial report as well as financial
statements and the report by the Board of Directors for the period 1 January-31
December 2010 on Wednesday, 9 February 2011.
Citycon's Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki, Finland, on
Wednesday, 23 March 2011 starting at 2.00 p.m.
Citycon will issue three interim reports during the financial year 2011 in
accordance with the following schedule:
January-March 2011 on Wednesday, 4 May 2011 at about 9.00 a.m.,
January-June 2011 on Wednesday, 13 July 2011 at about 9.00 a.m. and
January-September 2011 on Wednesday, 12 October 2011 at about 9.00 a.m.
