2010, 113,000,000 shares were issued with respect to a new equity issue and
170,000 shares were issued with respect to option exercises. There are now a
total of 224,418,899 shares issued and outstanding. During December, 700,000
incentive stock options were granted and there are now 10,515,000 incentive
stock options outstanding. The total fully diluted share capital is
234,933,899 shares.
