primary insider of the company.
Board member Rolf Åberg has served Thinfilm as an executive on time spent basis
and also full time in the period June 2009-Jun 2010. The assignment was
terminated on 31 December 2010. Consequently, 781,250 unvested incentive
subscription rights which Mr. Åberg has received in his capacity as
contractor/employee, were terminated on 31 December 2010.
Following this transaction, Mr. Åberg and close associates hold or control
188,216 shares, nil warrants and 368,750 incentive subscription rights in
Thinfilm.
