Rosh Ha'ayin, February 07, 2011 Wizcom Technologies Ltd. ("Wizcom") (Prime
Standard: WZM, IL 0010830706) announces today that further to the statement in
its Q3 2010 result report, the Company was informed on February 02, 2011 that
the district court in Tel Aviv has upheld the Company's application to remove
the temporary injunctions rendered by it on November 15, 2010.
The court ruled to leave the two preliminary injunctions rendered by it -
whereby the voting rights regime will stay as was in effect concurrent with the
conversion of the convertible notes issued by the Company on November 25, 2009;
and whereby the "Determining Date" for conversion of the note issued to Teliran
(1993) Ltd. will be extended until the legal proceedings, filed by Wizcom
against Teliran in June 2010, regarding repeated violations made by Teliran in
relation to the exclusive turn key supplier agreement between the two companies,
are completed.
The Company intends to appeal against this ruling.
