Leverkusen, 22 February 2011 - Management and supervisory board of Biofrontera
AG have decided to increase the base capital of the company by up to Euro
880,000.00 through issuing 880,000 new ordinary shares from authorized capital.
The purchase right of the shareholders was excluded. According to today's
tabulation and the report of the accompanying investment bank, Lang & Schwarz
Broker GmbH, the private placement of the shares is complete and the increase
over-subscribed. The registration of the shares will follow shortly. The
proceeds of the capital increase amount to about ? 1.8 mln.
