Dieter Grosse-Kreul new CEO Qurius Germany

Hamburg / Zaltbommel, 1 March 2011 - As of 1 April 2011, Dieter Grosse-Kreul
will start as new CEO of Qurius Deutschland AG, a 100% subsidiary of Qurius NV
in the Netherlands. Mr Grosse-Kreul succeeds Kay Laukat, who will leave the
company.
Before joining Qurius, Mr Grosse-Kreul (55) was CEO of UNIT4Agresso in Germany,
an European wide ERP supplier. He began his IT career in 1980 at General
Electric Information-Services as Account Manager. Since 1986 he has held various
management positions such as Sales Manager at Bertelsmann and Debis, branch
manager at Ingres and Oracle, Vice President Central Europe at Baan und CEO at
Business Objects, before he started at UNIT4Agresso in November 2005.
Leen Zevenbergen, CEO of Qurius NV, says: "Dieter Grosse-Kreul has the right

The current CEO, Kay Laukat, has decided to step down from his position and
leave the company after 20 years of Management and Board positions in various
companies, including founder and president of Cabus Business Solutions. He has
fulfilled the position of Managing Director of Qurius Germany since November
2007.
