Just one of the terrific events in Morzine, this Spartan Race course is the ultimate contest to prove your strength and agility. Clambering up and down obstacles, running across dense woods and bushes, wading through thick mud and water… are you big enough for the challenge?
Spartan Sprint
The sprint distance is perfect for first timers. Don’t be fooled by the short 5 miles, this course still packs a punch. With over 20 signature Spartan obstacles to conquer, including crawling beneath barbed wire, dragging a tire across the ground and climbing up a 16 feet rope, this course guarantees a rush. Prove to yourself what you’re capable of and try to beat the 40-minute record completion time.
Spartan Super
Feeling bold? The Spartan Super is twice the length of the sprint, with 10 additional obstacles. Test your endurance, grit and perseverance with this tougher and more rugged terrain. The 80-minute race starts with demanding high jumps and low crawls. Your next challenge will require upper-body strength with spear throws and wall climbing. Are you Spartan enough to take on this daring event in Morzine?
Spartan Beast
Step up your game and tackle one of the hardest and longest Spartan courses. Up to 14 miles in length, the race includes 35 obstacles. Hoisting weights up a rope, hauling unbelievable heavy buckets across a field, and leaping over a tall wall will test both your body and your mind. This course will take at least 3 hours and is certainly not for the fainthearted. If you’re truly up for a challenge, try to complete the sprint, super and beast in a single year and you’ll reach Spartan Trifecta glory!
The Ultra Beast
For the ultimate physically and mentally gruelling trial, the Ultra Beast is the pinnacle of Spartan racing. A 26-mile course that takes over 7 hours to complete, it has 50 obstacles. Previous finishers have called its completion the definitive proof of prowess. Show you’re the greatest daredevil by crawling along a rope over gallons of muddy water and carrying a massive stone along grassy fields. Cross the finish line by leaping over a wall of fire and experience the rush of success!

These events in Morzine takes place on 1 & 2 July 2017 at the Route du Palais des Sports (Morzine 74110). There are several start times for each event. Here are the earliest and last start times:
Saturday:
Ultra Beast: 7:30-8:45 am
Beast: 9.45am - 11:am
Sprint: 1:45pm - 4pm
Sunday:
Super: 9.45am - 1.00pm
