Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 12 April 2011, 9.30 am EET
The share subscription price for Tieto Stock Option 2009 C is EUR 12.91 per
share (the trade volume weighted average quotation of the share on NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki during 11 February - 10 April 2011). Each year the dividend is deducted
from the subscription price.
A total of 600 000 new shares or existing shares held by the company can be
subscribed for with Stock Options 2009 C. The share subscription period for
Stock Options 2009 C will be 1 March 2014-31 March 2016.
The theoretical market value of stock options in the Stock Option Plan 2009 C is
EUR 5.19/stock option. The theoretical market value of the entire stock option
series is thus EUR 3 113 779. The theoretical market value of one stock option
has been calculated using the Black & Scholes stock option pricing model with
the following input factors: share price EUR 12.80, share subscription price EUR
12.91, risk free interest rate 2.92 %, validity of stock options 4.98 years and
volatility 42.05%.
