CORRECTION OF THE NOTICE TO THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2011

Reference is made to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting sent to all
shareholders of Copeinca ASA on 29 April 2011.
By inadvertence, the names of the proposed members of the Nomination Committee
were set out wrong in the Norwegian proxy form.
The correct names of the proposed members of the Nomination Committee shall be
as follows:

Samuel Dyer Ampudia,
Helge Midttun
Correct versions of the Notice to the Annual General Meeting in Norwegian and
English are attached.
