THIN - Issuance of Warrants
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
At the annual general meeting of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm"), 10 May
2011, it was resolved to issue two warrants for each share issued to a
subscriber in the private placement in October 2010. A total of 46,628,000
warrants will be issued. There will be two lots of 23,314,000 warrants per lot,
at an exercise price of NOK 0.90 and 1.00, exercisable in October 2011 and
October 2012 respectively. It was also resolved to allow an early exercise of
the warrants at the board's sole discretion.
