Following the issue by Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the exploration and development
company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, of 26,000 ordinary shares of $0.01
each ("Shares") on 31 May 2011, the Company advises that the total number of
Shares in issue as at the date of this notice, is 250,350,368 with each Share
carrying the right to one vote.
There are no Shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 250,350,368.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
