Klövern AB (publ): Klövern establishes an MTN programme and publishes prospectus

Klövern AB (publ) has established a Medium Term Note programme with a framework
amount of SEK 10 billion, to be secured by a pool of properties as underlying
assets and fully covered by property mortgage certificates. The base prospectus
for the MTN programme has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and is now available on Klövern's
website www.klovern.se.
"The MTN programme is a natural step in Klövern's efforts to broaden the sources
of financing and to access a wider and deeper investor base through an active
and long-term commitment to the capital markets. The secured MTN programme will
be a complement to secured bank financing and has been structured to attract
investors in the investment grade environment", reiterates Jens Andersson, Head
of Finance at Klövern.
Nordea Bank and Swedbank are arrangers of the MTN programme and Nordea Bank,
Swedbank and Danske Bank are appointed dealers. MAQS has been acting as legal
adviser to Klövern and Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå has been acting as legal
adviser to the arrangers in relation to the establishment of the MTN programme.
