ANEX 2018 - The Asia Nonwovens Exhibition and Conference is nearly sold out
More than 20.000 international visitors are expected
(PresseBox) - ANEX 2018 will take place from June 6th ? 8th in Tokyo, Japan. Held once every three years, it is the only event for nonwovens and engineered fabrics industry in Asia. ANEX is rotating with the IDEA Show in North America and INDEX in Europe. E.J.Krause & Associates, Inc., the All Nippon Nonwovens Association (ANNA) and the Asian Nonwoven Fabrics Association (ANFA) are organizing the international exhibition and conference for the Asian Region.
After extending its area from two to three halls last year, the organizers are pleased to announce this year that 98 % of the space are already sold out. International companies like Reifenhäuser/Reicofil, Andritz, A.Celli, Avgol, Fibertex, Berry Global Group, Kansan Makina, Nordson, Fibervisions as well as Asian companies like Japan Vilene, Asahi Kasei, Dynic Corporation and Dow Chemical are participating in Asia´s premier event for nonwovens and engineered fabrics.
Alongside the exhibition, a high-level conference and professional seminars will take place. The central themes are relating to the fields of material technologies such as automobile, aircraft, state-of-the-art healthcare, environment and energy, robot, information network and infrastructure. The governor of Tokyo, Mr. Yuriko Koike and Mr. Akihiro Nikkaku, president of Toray Industries Inc., the world´s largest manufacturer of carbon fiber, take part as keynote speakers.
The nonwoven industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world and Asia is the largest consumer of nonwovens worldwide. Asia will continue to grow in terms of tonnage and market share, expecting a global market share of 47.1% and volume of 5.7 million tons in 2020. ANEX 2018 offers fantastic breakthrough technologies and will attract senior-level buyers, decision makers and professionals from all over the world searching for nonwovens products and services.
